On May 15, 2026, the 2nd Standardization Technical Committee Inaugural Meeting and Standards Review Conference of the China Knitting Industry Association was successfully held in Jiangyin.

As one of the knitting industry's key annual events, the conference marked the formation of the new technical committee, reviewed recent achievements in industry standardization, and approved two new group standards — providing stronger guidance for fabric quality, garment manufacturing, and sustainable production.
